WHAT ARE YOUR MEANS OF PAYMENT?

Currently we have various means of payment such as:

MY ITEM HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED, IS THIS NORMAL?

As specified in the product description, delivery takes between 3 to 14 days depending on the area you are in 


If your product is still not there after 2 weeks Maximum, we will give you a 100% refund. This only happens in a very exceptional way.

   

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?

yes, you have 30 minutes from the time your order has been placed.

Just send us an email and we'll cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.

CHANGES, RETURN AND REFUND

Change (before receipt)

- I changed my mind about my article, what should I do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be changed and we will take action. Please note that any order change must be made within 30 minutes of the initial purchase, you will not incur any additional costs.

- Can I change my item after receiving the confirmation by email?

Unfortunately no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and cannot be changed, it will be a product return.

- What if my product is defective?

In the event of a defective product, you have the option of receiving the same product or simply getting a refund after returning the defective one if the stock is finished.

 

Change (after receipt)

- Can I return the item and exchange it?

Provided that the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible if the stock is not finished Send us an email and we will take care of the rest. The costs of the return are at your expense, however the costs of the new shipment will not be charged to you.

- How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment system chosen when purchasing.

- I still haven't received my refund?

Please notify us immediately by email if you have not received it after 14 working days.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

-What is your refund policy ?

All items purchased may be refunded, subject to management appreciation and approval, subject to the following conditions:

 Return requests are accepted within 14 working days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all parts and labels.

            Damaged / defective / incorrect products can be exchanged.

 Cancellation of an order can be made before the orders are shipped and management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the items have been shipped and / or after 5 hours from the initial purchase.

            The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective.

 The management reserves the right to refuse any return / refund and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund.

Any change of address is subject to management approval and orders shipped / completed are strictly non-modifiable.
